Maternity Advantage LLC was founded by Aaron Bouren. Aaron started developing benefits in 1993 and is Chief Executive Officer of the company. Aaron has used his extensive benefits experience to create the Maternity Advantage affiliated group of maternity advocacy services.

Aaron is a professional speaker who has addressed more than 500,000 people throughout his speaking career. Aaron has been involved in supporting Special Olympics and is the Director of Development of Kids Castle.

Aaron is especially proud of his brother Kevin who has served in Iraq and is currently Dean of Admission for West Point where he graduated. Aaron has two sons Jake and Alex, and has been married 12 years to his wife Jennifer. The entire Bouren family is black belts in Tai Kwan Do?…except Aaron.

Maternity Advantage LLC was founded by Brian McDonald. Brian is President of the company and develops content and its communication strategies. Brian previously worked on Wall Street and was the Chief Financial Officer of DSI Industries, Inc., a public conglomerate.

Brian has been married to his wife, Marianne, for 13 years and has two children Jack and Adi. He plays golf and squash and has a second full time job as cheufer for his kids.
